The applications of aaraat are offered to you on condition that you agree to our Terms and Conditions.
You must provide accurate and complete information when you register. You are responsible for the security of your passwords and for any use of your account. You must immediately notify us about any unauthorized access of your password or account.
You will be sent the invoice for the applications that you have subscribed for. You will be given access to the applications only after the payment is received. Subscription renewal notice will be sent to you and you can send the amount within the stipulated time if you wish to renew your subscription. The period for which an invoice/ payment is held pending is 7 days for monthly subscription and 14 days for annual subscription. On expiry of the above mentioned time, the invoice will be cancelled and the customer will not be given access to the application.
You can cancel your subscription for any reason at any time. No refunds of the pre-paid amount will be made. Customer will not have access to the applications following the cancellation of service. aaraat may delete all images, content and information within 60 days of termination. We may charge additional fees in order to provide copies of data backup/archive. NOTE: In the case where a customer does not subscribe to an application at the end of FREE Trial period, no data backup will be provided for the data entered during the Free Trial period. The FREE products are accessible to a maximum of 20 users only. In order to avail support services or to enable more than 20 users paid subscription needs to be taken.
Your aaraat subscription for any product includes the features described on our website and customer support. Phone support is available from 8AM to 8PM(Indian Standard Time) on all days. We accept your online requests/ feedbacks 24x7. Responses to the requests submitted are sent within one day. We attempt to respond to your requests even on holidays.
You agree that we can use your company name and company logo in connection with marketing and promoting aaraat.
We authorize you to use the features of aaraat which correspond to the application for which you have subscribed and have paid the subscription fees. You warrant to us that you will not use aaraat for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions and notices. You may not use aaraat in any manner which could damage, disable, overburden or impair the aaraat website or interfere with any other party's use of aaraat. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available or provided through aaraat.
You shall not (i) license, sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, distribute or otherwise commercially exploit or make available to third party or modify any of aaraat's work or its content (ii) mirror any of its content anywhere (iii) reverse engineer or access in order to build a similar or competitive product (iv) copy any ideas, features or functions of aaraat.
You agree not to (or attempt to) access aaraat by any means other than through the aaraat website or any other interface provided by us, unless specified by us. You specifically agree not to (or attempt to) access aaraat through any automated means and you shall comply with the instructions given in any of the files on aaraat.
The website of aaraat may contain forums or other communication facilities. You agree to use the services only to send and receive messages that are proper, legal and related to the service provided. The applications of aaraat may contain the facility to upload/ download files. You will not upload files that contain viruses, corrupted files or any other software that may damage the application. We reserve the right to review and remove any communication or material posted based on our sole discretion.
We reserve the right to terminate your access at any time without notice if this agreement is violated. We also reserve the right to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation or governmental request.
We alone own all right, title and interest to the aaraat's technology, content, templates and any requests, feedback, recommendations or other information provided by our customers or any other related party. We do not claim ownership of confidential company information that you provide while using our applications.
This agreement is not a sale and does not convey any rights of ownership of applications or content or any data of aaraat to you.
You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment or agency relationship exists between you and us as a result of this agreement or use of aaraat.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claims or losses imposed on, incurred by as a result of your use of aaraat and your noncompliance with any of the terms and conditions stated.
Aaraat website may contain links to third-party websites. The linked sites are not under our control and we are not responsible for the contents of any linked site or any changes or updates made. The linked sites are provided to you only as a convenience and their inclusion does not imply endorsement by us.
The information, software and services available through aaraat may contain inaccuracies or typographical errors. Changes are made periodically. We make no representations about the suitability, reliability, accuracy and availability of information/ software provided by us. To the maximum extent permissible by law, in no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, consequential, special or any damages whatsoever, including damages for loss of use, data or profits, arising out of or in any way connected with the use or performance of aaraat. If you are dissatisfied with any portion of aaraat or with any of these terms of use, you can discontinue using aaraat.
